Victoria is a Registered Psychologist and Art Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience both face-to-face (including group and individual therapy) and through telehealth. Victoria has a broad range of experience encompassing hospital acute crisis presentations, community mental health, private practice, school counselling, out-of-home care, and occupational rehabilitation.
Victoria has a Master of Mental Health from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Western Sydney University. Victoria is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian, New Zealand, Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA). Victoria is also an AHPRA Board-approved Clinical Supervisor.
Victoria is known for an integrative and holistic approach to her practice. Victoria offers a safe space for exploring and making meaning of your challenges. Victoria can assist individuals in navigating their emotions and help them feel more empowered whilst on their therapeutic journey of growth and development. Victoria works from a client-centred and trauma-informed framework and applies evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Mindfulness.
Currently, Victoria can provide services privately under Private Health, Medicare, and NDIS.
