Services
If you have a referral from your GP or Mental Health Care Plan, you will receive a rebate of $96.65.
We accept all private health providers. Private health cover may offer an average of a $50 rebate per consultation. It would be helpful to check with your provider to see what you may be eligible for.
We provide psychological services for individuals referred through WorkCover. Please enquire directly with us regarding the cost for these services.

Each consultation lasts 50–60 minutes. As a practice registered under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA), clients receiving care through the Better Access Initiative are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for their appointments with a psychologist.
The initial appointment which includes a health assessment, treatment plan, and dietary & supplement strategies will cost $100 (40 mins.)
Subsequent appointments will be $50 (20 mins. )

Important Information
Medicare
Our psychologists are registered Medicare providers. To claim a rebate under the Medicare Better Access Initiative, you need to see a GP for an assessment. If you meet the criteria, the GP will create a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for up to 10 psychology sessions in a year. Please note, we will send updated reports to the GP throughout your treatment, with information and recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
For us to provide you with the best and most accessible service there are fees for cancellations and missed appointments. In order to avoid these fees, please provide us with as much notice as possible.

Cancellations fees are charged as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. Please note cancellation fees are only billed if an appointment is unable to be filled with another client appointment.
