With a Mental Health Care Plan you’ll receive a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session, or $149.05 with our clinical psychologist, for up to 10 sessions a year.
See your GP for an assessment. If you meet the criteria they'll create a Mental Health Care Plan covering up to 10 psychology sessions a year, and we'll send updated reports back to your GP throughout your treatment.

Comprehensive Adult ADHD Diagnostic Assessment: $2,500 to $2,975. With Shaista Saheed ($2,500: five 1-hour sessions at $250/hr plus a $1,250 report fee) or Jeffrey Wong ($2,975: five 1-hour sessions at $295/hr plus a $1,500 report fee).
ADHD + Autism (ASD) Assessment: $3,500 to $4,065.
Four assessment sessions are Medicare rebateable with a valid Mental Health Care Plan ($101.55 per session with Shaista, $149.05 with Jeffrey). Report writing is not Medicare rebateable. Jeffrey Wong offers ADHD assessments via telehealth on Tuesdays.

Fifty minutes, and mostly listening. We want to understand what has been happening and what you are hoping for before anyone talks about a plan. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Our psychologists draw on EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy. Which approach fits depends on you, and your psychologist will talk it through rather than apply a formula.
