Nutrition for Wellness Brisbane Mind & Body Clinic's Approach

At Brisbane Mind & Body Clinic we believe that eating healthy is a lifestyle choice, rather than just a diet. We recognise the importance of proper nutrition and meal planning in achieving and maintaining optimal health and wellness. We are dedicated to helping our clients reach their health goals and achieve lasting results.
Good nutrition is essential for maintaining your health and wellbeing. Eating a balanced diet is the key to obtaining the essential nutrients necessary for a healthy body and mind. Proper meal planning is crucial for getting all the nutrients your body needs.

Essential Nutrients
Essential nutrients are the vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients your body needs to function properly. These nutrients can be found in a variety of foods, including fruit, vegetables, dairy, proteins, and grains.

Macronutrients are the three major groups of nutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Each of these macronutrients has its own role in the body, and these roles can vary depending on the individual. Carbohydrates provide energy for the body, proteins are essential for muscle growth and repair, and fats are necessary for maintaining healthy cell structure.
