During your 45- 60min consult with our nutritionist team, we will discuss your concerns and use a range of techniques to assess your health. BMI and other health measurements may be recorded. Pathology, diet changes, supplementation and other recommendations may be given following initial consult.
Not essential, but any previous pathology or medical documents you feel may be relevant.
A nutritionist will investigate your diet and complete an overall health assessment in specific detail. Giving recommendations and suggestive changes to improve your short and long term mental and physical health outcomes.
