Veronica is a registered Psychologist with 20 years’ experience in the health and community sectors working with adolescents, adults and families. Veronica is passionate about supporting individuals to improve their mental wellbeing and overcome anxiety and mood disorders, stress, trauma, personal crises and relationship struggles.
Veronica provides safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapy using various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Somatic therapies. The values that underpin Veronica’s practice are safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration and empowerment.
