Esther Parker is a Masters-trained Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath with nearly two decades of experience in the health industry and over 16 years in clinical practice. She has helped countless individuals and families better manage symptoms of ADHD, sleep disturbances, and stress-related conditions through evidence-based, practical nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
Esther brings academic depth to her clinical work, having previously lectured in higher education for nearly a decade. She developed and taught nutrition and naturopathy subjects at university level, and led clinical supervision. Her ability to translate complex research into everyday strategies makes her teaching style accessible, grounded, and empowering.
Her passion lies in helping people understand the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel. Esther’s warm, compassionate approach and real-world advice aim to make sustainable health changes achievable for everyone.
