Lana Edwards is a Registered Psychologist and Organisational Psychology Registrar supporting her clients to navigate workplace stress, career transition, anxiety and life adjustments.

Her work is practical and distinctive to her client’s needs, drawing on evidence-informed methods to support improved insight, resilience, and meaningful change across both work and personal domains.

Lana works with adults facing work-related stress, anxiety, low mood and burnout, with particular interest in career transition, adjustment, and workplace wellbeing.

She combines clinical skill with extensive organisational experience, having previously worked in marketing and sales leadership. This perspective supports a grounded understanding of workplace culture, performance expectations and professional identity useful for clients managing complex interpersonal and organisational dynamics. Lana’s style is collaborative and strengths-based. She partners with clients to encourage clarity, build self-awareness and put clear, workable strategies in place to support wellbeing and effective functioning.

Lana draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, tailored to the individual, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-informed approaches, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
