Jessica is an experienced therapist with a warm, collaborative style who draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. She enjoys finding a balance between building psychological skills and deeper emotional exploration.

Jessica has a background in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT and DBT and also likes to draw from reflective, psychodynamic approaches that allows for a deeper understanding of a clients’ inner world and relational patterns. She operates from a foundation that is trauma-informed and is affirming for neurodiverse and LGBTIQ+ clients. 

Jessica believes in the importance of creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients can explore not only their immediate concerns but the underlying emotional dynamics that contribute to their challenges. She sees therapy as a collaborative space where we can move beyond symptom management to explore the complexities of human experience, fostering long-term growth and emotional insight. Her aim is to create an environment where clients can feel understood, cared for, empowered, and supported in their journey toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

At the heart of Jessica’s practice is a commitment to meeting clients where they are, offering a blend of practical strategies and meaningful insight tailored to the individual. This flexible approach allows her to work effectively with navigating a wide range of issues while remaining attuned to the deeper layers of their experience.

Jessica has a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, historical trauma, relationships, stress & burn-out.
