Jessica has a background in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT and DBT and also likes to draw from reflective, psychodynamic approaches that allows for a deeper understanding of a clients’ inner world and relational patterns. She operates from a foundation that is trauma-informed and is affirming for neurodiverse and LGBTIQ+ clients.
Jessica believes in the importance of creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients can explore not only their immediate concerns but the underlying emotional dynamics that contribute to their challenges. She sees therapy as a collaborative space where we can move beyond symptom management to explore the complexities of human experience, fostering long-term growth and emotional insight. Her aim is to create an environment where clients can feel understood, cared for, empowered, and supported in their journey toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
